Pros: The location is very strategic as the residence is situated in the heart of Kota Kinabalu. It offers a nice city view and overlooks the airport runway, where you can watch flights take off and land. The swimming pool is shared with Ming Garden Hotel, which is convenient. Cons: The room was extremely dusty, and my husband had to sweep it himself. Dust on the furniture was visible to the naked eye and there was even hair on the floor. The paint on the wall was peeling, leaving the floor dirty. The whole floor felt a bit creepy and gave the impression of an old, poorly maintained building. A security deposit of RM200 is required and the refund took two days after check-out. Communication with the manager is only through WhatsApp, which sometimes results in delayed responses. Parking is not complimentary, and guests need to pay for it (RM4/entry, RM8 for overnight).

Lantai bilik ada sedik retak. Parking berbayar. Selebihnya ok. Yg paling penting ada iron d sediakan.

Spacious room, but the whole building needs some maintenance and repair. We had problem with sockets in the room, and batteries of door lock, TV and air-cond remote controls need to be changed. We found one small cockcroach in the kitchen, other than that, overall stay was OK. One good point, water pressure is very strong.

Bilik cantik, bersih.. cuma masa awal2 mau check-in tu xtau pula kena contact utk minta kunci dan ada deposit rm200 lgi hehe. Jd trpksa save no dulu trus bru wsp msa di sna. Tp its ok nsip cpt respon jg bila kena contact. Btw nice view jg. Kolam renangpun ok. Smua ok jg. Parking dlm bangunan tp ada byrn kluar msuk rm4 dan byrn 1mlm rm8. Ok jg recommended utk fmily jg. Terbaik!

I had my very first time stay in an Airbnb with live cockroaches and hairs on the floor. The whole building, lift and everything is old. The management seems like not taking care of the public spaces. Location is good because it’s very near shopping mall, but the cleanliness make me uncomfortable. I definitely won’t rent an airbnb here anymore.

Unresponsible management! We did ask about the water supply, no response for more than 24hours! Until we checkout! They should care about their customers during this difficult time! Not running away from updating the situation! We paid for 2 nights.. and no water supply! Just imagine! lucky we have family members intown to help us during this difficult time! Atleast if they return our money for the 2nd night we can move to another hotel,which have enough water supply! Won't return to this hotel anymore! Not recommended! Bad management!

雖然房間有些舊及有很多小問題，而房主及工作人員也很快回應及處理，工作人員態度良好。住得舒適，環境寧靜，近市區，出入方便，性價比高。只是房內洗手間之抽氣扇發出燥音！
